Coach: Jon Yuen.

Motto: When there is little to be done, do a little.

I’m a strength & conditioning coach, science nerd, and aspiring hobbit.

I’ve over 15 years of experience and have worked with thousands of clients from all corners of the globe (both in-person and remotely), and have trained professional athletes (with a focus on martial arts and dance), and actors, as well as busy parents, movement enthusiasts, and beginners.

I’ve experience working as a professional dancer and have tested as many forms of martial arts as my time and energy have allowed me. Nowadays my main interest is bouldering and figuring out how to train as time efficient as possible.

the FAQs

What sort of equipment will I need?
See, that’s the neat thing - you only need an exercise bench* and a pair of dumbbells (that you can make lighter / heavier).

*or something similar - i just use a sandbag

How will the program be delivered?
I've designed your program as a workspace in my all-time favorite app, Notion. This way you get all the flexibility and features for a sustainable and straightforward experience.

Simply download Notion, copy the program I send you, and you can access the program however you’d like (browser, desktop program, smartphone app.

Am I guaranteed to get stronger and more flexible?
If you do the program and fulfill basic human needs like eating food and sleeping, then yes. You'll get your money back if you don't.

Will I learn the splits, a handstand, or a one-arm chin-up?
No tricks or feats this time around. Only a rock-solid foundation that makes it easier and safer to learn those kind of skills later on.

I'm pretty new to this - will G&G work for me?
If you've done some form of strength training for 6 or more months, then you should have no problem good to go!
