What’s is Dragon Squat 101?

So how does this work?

After signing up you’ll gain immediate access to the online course platform (accessible through app or web browser).

Then you’ll need to familiarize yourself with the program guidelines, as well as the exercises, which should take you no more than 30-60 minutes.

- after that, all that’s left is for you to start training!

The Program

The program lasts four weeks, and you’ll be doing 3x30 minute sessions each week.

The exercises have been designed to improve the four main qualities of a dragon squatter/slayer:

Space
- ankle and hip flexibility -

- aka, the strength to get in and out of the end ROM

- the technique you need to move with control and ease -

Requirements

1) A chair / knee-height surface

2) A step / ankle-height surface

3) The ability to do a pistol squat
